Very professional service. My furnace issue was quickly diagnosed and after tenacious follow-ups from Brandon at Service Pro, needed parts were ordered and the repair was scheduled. Jeffrey, the repairman, took time to explain the solution and went into action to finalize the repair. He was patient yet determined. My furnace is now functioning and Ill continue to track its efficiency.

Very happy with Service Pro Titans once again. Finally had to leave them a well deserved review. Have used their services a few times over the years for various projects (new water tank, replacing duct work, fixing a leaking gas valve). This most recent call was when our rental units heater stopped working. The technician (Jeremy) was great! He was there within the hour, diagnosed the issue right away, and had the heater up and running within a couple hours of calling them. He was super nice and also very patient with me because I was working and had a very busy morning and could only communicate with him in short quick bursts between work calls. Highly recommend these guys. Very responsive, very fairly priced, and great quality.

Jeremy came out and quickly realized that our heater was not working because our nest was not being charged with the current configuration. He then realized that the exhaust pipe to the chimney was built supper wrong and in a very unsafe way, which burned out the inducer motor. He had to order the part and it took a bit before he could come out to fix it. When he finally made it out to fix it, he did a great job of explaining everything he did and did some really difficult finagling with the exhaust piping to get it done right. I definitely plan on calling them out in the spring to do a diagnostic on my AC!
