Our furnace was out and we were freezing. Called Lucas in a.m. and Alex, their tech guy was here at about 2, found and fixed the problem in no time for which we are very grateful! He is nice and funny too. Thank you Alex and Lucas mech!!!! Happy Thanksgiving!

Lucas Mechanical does a great job and is very responsive. I have had them replace both furnaces and water heaters in my apartment building and my own home. Their service is quick and high quality. I would highly recommend to anyone.

From the office to the technicians, they were responsive, careful and knowledgeable of the whole process. Everyone was so nice and cordial with my household. I have used Lucas Mechanical for regular annual servicing of the HVAC system in my condo unit, and have always been very happy with their service and responsiveness. So when it was evident that my 18 year old AC components had reached the end of their usefulness, I naturally reached out to Lucas Mechanical for a quote to install a new AC system. I also had one other company give me a quote for comparison. Lucas' quote was competitive, and more importantly Lucas' quote was much more detailed and Sean from Lucas was willing to answer my questions, unlike the other company. So I elected Lucas to install my new AC system, but I was anxious to get it installed quickly due to the potential for hot weather, as well as some business travel I had coming up. Sean was able to immediately squeeze me into their already busy schedule, and they started installation just two days after quoting. The installation process was very smooth, with no issues. And I have nothing but good things to say about Lucas Mechanical's installation employees on my job, Daniel and Matthew. They both were very professional and very respectful of my home, being mindful to protect my home from any potential damages, as well as mindful not to disrupt me too much while I worked from home. They also did a very good job answering the various questions I had regarding the installation. They were truly a pleasure and they represented Lucas Mechanical very well.
