Their smoothie machine is always messed up, they never want to take new orders and they are rude.they need to hire new people that wanna work!!!!period!!!

Very bad service. I put 2 orders today, and one of them was left almost immediately, but the one that I did at the Lincoln Park location was VERY BAD. After many attempts, they finally answered my call. A lady answered to me and told me she called me a few minutes after I put the order, but I did not have any missed calls in my cellphone, neither a voicemail. I told her that I can take a screenshot if needed, so she can confirm. She indicated that she can do it the next day, but also cannot guarantee at what time. When I asked her name, she hang up.

Ordered and picked up without any hassle. Taking off a star because some of the fruit tasted good, not great.

Going forward I am now referring to this company as shitable arrangements. I had delivered scheduled for 2/14, Valentines Day. Nobody showed up for delivery, status just says received by store. No call to reschedule, nothing. I wait all day 2/15 - order still says received, calling the local number just takes me to a message saying they cant provide a status update. Tried other options to reach a human, waited on hold for 30+ minutes and nobody answered. I ended up disputing the transaction with my credit card company. What a joke - will never use their services ever again.
