Order from Oak park instead- My 17yr old brother wanted to surprise my mom on Vday and the whole ordeal was a mess. My mom works at a school and they said it was delivered when it wasn't so My mom sat on hold for over 30min for assistance before she eventually hung up. Turns out despite telling them it can only be delivered during business hours - they delivered it well after the time so the janitors got it instead. I called to have them re deliver it to my mom at her job during correct hours. I couldn't get in contact with them for 4 days they put you on hold forever. Or dont answer - They eventually said the "owner" said no they cannot re deliver it - just go to the one in Oak Park for deliveries - They are kind helpful and respectful as well as always on time and no issues with correcting their mistakes for online orders

Ordered 8 days B4 Valentine Day went to pick up & it was HORRIBLE no order amongst staff, mind you it was like 15 employee in back only 2 in front with about 15 customers crammed in this small space The 2 employees in front was useless one on the phone the other trying to take orders when a majority of the customers was picking up No orders ready.. waited about 30 minutes just to get the wrong box!!! By then I was in the car I didnt even care!!! Never again Ill go to Jewels

BUYERS BEWARE- twice I have ordered from them and both times my order never got delivered. I called when it was delivered I was ensure it would be delivered. Was told I would get a call back from Management regarding my concern- never got a callback. Followed up the next day with corporate and their location leaving multiple voicemails and never getting a follow up call or callback. Cant find out why it wasnt delivered or get my money refunded. I have called over 10+ times today. THIEVES AND FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Take your money literally anywhere else but this place.

I want to start by saying I have always been a fan of EA, having received gifts from friends and family and also being a customer that has sent them to friends and family, but after this experience I am absolutely done with this company. The saying one bad apple spoils the bunch is true. And do understand issue happen. But the rudest crap you can do is hang up on a paying customer who decided to patronize your business. This was an easy resolutions. Miscommunication happened on both ends but to refuse to fix it - After you stated that you have been having driver issues and the driver NEVER took a pic to confirm delivery to my recipient -was the Utmost level of BAD customer service. I stated in my notes that I was unsure if she was there so please confirm before delivery. Your GM obviously didnt do that, or this could have been avoided. Telling me I should have confirmed it after I found out it was never delivered doesnt take any accountability. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. I will be leaving my review on every site I can!!!
