Stay away from this company. We hired them for a 3rd floor addition and 1st floor renovation on March 2022. They gave us a 4 month project timeline but up to now (after more than 9 months), the project is not completed. The final inspection failed on 12/6 and that's the last time we heard from this company. The project manager AJ Velez or owner Chase Aviles never reached out to us on the plan for fully closing out the project. Their phone numbers are not working, nor accepting calls and the email addresses that they have been using are now deleted. Now, the project is not complete, they owe us credit and we can not reach them at all. Be careful on your projects and stay away from this company!

Fifth developers was the contractor I choose to fully gut and remodel my condo. They were professional and stood by their work. I would use them again. recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling project or any project big or small.

Fifth Developers sat down with us and went over all the obstacles that we didn’t factor in our project. We budgeted way to low and we thought they were upselling us so we didn’t go with them and we went with another contractor and signed because they met our budget. Long story short the outcome that Fifth Developers pointed out was actually correct and the contractor we hired was 15,000.00 higher so we cancelled the contract and hired Fifth Developers to take over and finish the job. They came in and found two other issues and because they were already doing the work they only charged for the material and fixed the issue. Highly recommend them.
