We worked with Northcenter Construction in 2020 on a first floor renovation that included the kitchen, laundry room, living/dining area and a bathroom. With a hard deadline of baby number two due in April 2020, we contacted them in late 2019. They understood how serious we were about the timeline and quickly put us in contact with their in-house design lead as well as their preferred cabinet builders. Within a few weeks, we had our kitchen cabinet order in and finalized plans with the interior designer for a new powder room and laundry/mudroom. Work officially kicked off mid-February and finished on time in early April. Ryan and Ryan were great to work with: responsive, friendly, detail-oriented and professional. From carpentry to painting to floors their team is top notch. Friends and family had warned us about the hell of renovation and balked when we said we planned to be back in our house before the babys arrival. All projects have their missteps, but any we encountered were so unremarkable I cant even think of them. My husband and I comment daily on how happy we are with the final product and if we have any renovations in the future, we will hire Northcenter again.
