Skyline Over Head Doors

I needed a small part for a garage door opener. I called several vendors and they all sent me to Amazon. Eusebio offered to provide what I needed if I could meet him at a jobsite. We met at the site and Eusebio was cordial and helpful and refused to take any payment. Customer service seems to be a lost art at times but Eusebio certainly gets it.

My recommendation for these guys is not to use them, I had them come in to take down a steel door that was hit and replace the door. They took our money over 20k and ran, stopped answering phone calls and never got back to us. These guys are scammers not worth the time of day and I would never trust them. if you value your money I definitely would stay away from this company.

Do not use this company! Had them do an install for us. Eusebio was nice and courteous, but they do not follow up. Ended up sending someone else to do the install. Now our door wont work, they dont return calls and Liftmaster is now telling us the door was improperly installed and may have caused the opener to burn out. UPDATE: Eusebio saw our review and reached out by text. Says they will return to correct door issues only after we remove the negative, truthful review and not before. Great way to solve the issue.

Jesus and his team were fantastic! He was prompt, thorough, and, above all, very honest and forthcoming. When unexpected emergencies arrive, its terrific to work with people like Jesus and Skyline. Thank you for a job well done.

NOT RELIABLE. PAST 7 & HALF MONTHS JUST TOOK MY MONEY, & NO WORK DONE!! I TALKED TO THE OWNER Jesus, never calls me back to resolve this issue!! Already filed a petition, with Consumer of Regulations!! At this point I want my one thousand dollars back!! THIS IS 7 & HALF MONTHS WITHOUT ANY WORK DONE. Not a very good recommendation, towards skyline over head doors. It would be the right thing to do to give me back, my one thousand dollars!!
