If you are not in a hurry for emergency repair, call someone else. They showed up same day and were friendly enough, but costly for the simplest of repairs. (2 cables and realign existing door). Also would not allow the cost of repair to be applied toward a full replacement after they left. Decision on the spot is not a trustful action to give to a customer.

Overhead door for 24 unit condo garage was repaired on a Sunday (the day after Christmas). Very pleased that the repair was completed within a few hours after the call for service buy a very competent technician. Various parts were needed for the repair and everything needed was available from his van. We will have BH Door Inc provide our periodic maintenance service from now on.
