If I could put zero stars for this shop , I wouldn't hesitate to do so. This is the worst experience I ever had . Their customer service is terrible and they are rude.

I called the office before my appointment to let them know I would be 5 minutes late due to rush hour traffic getting to their downtown location, and the doctor informed the receptionist to cancel the appointment. Terrible customer service that they wouldn't wait 5 minutes for a patient.

I had a pretty good experience at For Eyes but I do think they need to be more enthusiastic and helpful about greeting people that look like me. I noticed more enthusiasm in the greeting for white customers. I just sat and observed and remembered the time that I first entered the store. My greeting was so cheerful and enthusiastic! My glasses are nice but I had to have them replaced for another pair because I think they damaged them in trying to adjust them because the piece that was supposed to go over my ear was cut and about to break off but since I didn't inspect the glasses before I left the store, I just wore them out and noticed the damage when I got home but I immediately called them back the same day! I was also glad I purchased that insurance in addition!
