        Ade and Terrance were extremely helpful and compassionate. I was robbed and the thieves forced me to unlock my iphone. All my data was stolen, financial info, lost pics, contacts, etc. Apple's current "security" system rewards criminals via sending a text to authenticate...to a stolen phone a thief is holding. It's been a nightmare and the only bright spots were Ade and Terrance trying to find solutions. Multiple calls to Apple Care provided no solutions. I still don't have access to my apple acct/icloud, but at least I understand why more clearly. Apple will get a class action lawsuit one of these days related to their poor security (all the financial institutions had solutions, only Apple was negligent). But at least they hire great people, smart, knowledgeable, and empathetic, at this location based on the interactions we had.
