I had a medical emergency on an holiday weekend. South Loop Urgent Care Center immediately followed up on my phone call and told me I could be seen by Dr. Khan when I arrived. I was seen by Dr. Khan within 10 minutes of my arrival. The care I received was professional, informative and compassionate. I highly recommend this Care Center.

I found Dr. Khan and Dr. Levitas very supportive when I had to switch from one medication to another. The office is a bit unattractive, but who cares when you have two personable physicians.

I've been going through the ringer with my fibroids and after realizing I needed an emergency pack I called a facility that cut me off before I could even finish my question, had no phone etiquette whatsoever, and gave me no alternatives to pay for a large co pay. South Loop was so kind to me, gave me alternatives and were very punctual. When your are sick and worriedand have no idea what's going on you need people who can at least answer the phone with decency! Thank you South Loop. You deserve more ratings!
