I worked here for all of 3 weeks as a receptionist all I can say is I shouldve heeded those two warnings post about working for her. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Ive never worked any place like this. I was surprised she even hired me because during my working interview she acted as if she could not stand me and as if I didnt do one thing right. Asks you a question and gets loud over you when you try to answer. as Im taking calls she would stand over my shoulder and then begin to talk over the customer telling me to put them on hold basically telling me to cut them off, which is rude, who does that. Would tell me things to repeat back to the customer and if i didnt repeat it EXACTLY how She said it, her response I SAID very disrespectful and belittling as if Im a child. Patient came in inquiring about pulling his tooth after saying he spoke to her over there phone where she guaranteed she accepts his insurance, when he came in and she found out she didnt she completely dismissed him, as in walking off while he is mid sentence. Would have me calling customers literally every other day for recalls, when I finished my other clerical duties. Think about how often your dentist calls you to remind you for your 6 month check up, I bet its not every 48 hours right? To the point where customers are blocking the number and cursing me out due to me calling so much. My final straw was today when she expected me to, I kid you not, HANDWRITE 500+ files from a-z, for every patient who hasnt visited in 2022, which is 98% of the patient list. Would not give me access to a software to make the job easier telling writing it out is better as if excel doesnt exist. I believe this is a task she created because I often finished assignments she gave quickly so I would just be sitting at the desk waiting for a patient or a phone call as a receptionist does. Its like she cant stand to see you not doing anything, while expecting you to do the absolute most for bare minimum wages. Oh, and the review that said she witnessed her belittling her dental assistant, accurate! Ive even over heard talking about her DA to patients, and belittling the DA while they are actively working on patients together. During my first week I heard the DA telling her shes argumentative and always have something to complain about. Thats a fact! You can do nothing right in her eyes. Then had the nerve to tell me as I was leaving today on my way out that its a shame because I was doing terrific, but her treatment toward me was reflective of the complete opposite. I almost never leave reviews but somebody had to hear this!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOURE LOOKING A JOB! Unless u like dealing with a menopausal, rude, belittling, over bearing woman.

I would never allow her to work on my teeth again. I am afraid she might snap. Over the years, I have seen many dental assistants. It wasn’t obvious they were being mistreated, but I knew something was wrong. I asked Dr. Montgomery to fill out my dental form for work. It’s only one question and a signature. The lady had an attitude. Right now, I honestly believe she is telling people something is wrong with their teeth so they can come back to her. Be aware. I am concerned. I will not be back. To the ladies who work for her, please do not lose your confidence.

Dr. Montgomery is about business, She get the patient in an out, I had good experience At the doctors office, Sometimes her workers are not very friendly, and one time I didnt even get the mouthwash, I had to rinse my mouth out in the bathroom. Good help is hard to find, just need Good worker, I made my appointment. You should too

Been here several times, Dr. Montgomery is extremely knowledgeable and professional with her patients. Cant speak to those who have to work for her, as I have read the reviews of candidates, however, I have very satisfied with her dental care and recommendations. Location is convenient, parking is available and facilities are very clean.
