    Without a doubt the best dentist I've been to. I know exactly whats going on as he explains everything as he works. Virtually pain free too. I never know when he's done numbing me up, its that pain free. Thanks Doc! He always says "you may feel a pinch" when numbing and I have to ask if he's done. Never hurts.

    Negative 5 star. If you are a patient, or want to check out this office, please be cautious With this dental office i had the most disgusting experience. The last time i went to the office (April 2021) i was charged with a fee back to 2018 without even notice me. I checked my bank account and realize something is wrong with the transasion. I asked where the extra charge came from and was told i need to pay the extra money because my dental insurance provider refuse to reinburse my deep clean treatment so that i have to pay. However when i checked my my insurance provider, the reason the claim got declined was because ora dental failed to provide the deep clean document to the provider so they can't process the claim. Myself, my dental insurance provider has been trying to call this office over 50+ times, just ask them to sent my deep clean record to the provider so that they can progress with the reimbursement. The Ora Dental Office NEVER RESPONSE, for over a month. I have also file a complain about this office on BBB but got NO RESPONSE neither. I've never had this problem with my claim with any other dental office. I have reason to believe the way Ora Dental treat their customer, very rude, unrespectfull, unprofessional, untransparent with the bills, and unresponsive was done on purpose.
