I walked in to ask about having a dress altered, the woman looked extremely annoyed, grabbed the bag and started handling the dress roughly saying that obviously I needed to try it on or she would just make up whatever price. She then said 24.00, threw the dress back at me and walked away. Never asked me if I wanted yo try it on so that she can measure how much she needed to take out, just walked away.... I was So confused I actually asked if there was a reason she was being rude and she shrugged, kept working and said "I don't know what you're talking about." I left super confused... would NEVER use this business again

I've been using this place for my dry cleaning needs for years.  This is a great old school family owned on site neighborhood dry cleaners.

I've used them before for this same thing and had no problem. I tore a half inch tear in my winter coat. I dropped it off last week and asked to have it cleaned and stitched. I had this same thing done to a small hole in the sleeve last year. When I picked it up today, this hole was covered with a large patch that although was the same color, was not the same fabric and stands out like a sore thumb. Its unsightly. I wasnt asked if that was ok before it was done, and when I asked about why they thought that was ok i was told it would last longer. It wont because I have an actual tailor now fixing that I also have to pay for. Make up your own minds, but I wont be back
