Sauganash Eco Cleaners

Hugely disappointed in this neighborhood cleaners, which my family continued to regularly support even through the last two years of the pandemic. They lost a dress, which I dropped off before the pandemic and could not pick up until after the lockdown, only to find out that they had given it away. They pressed a new pair of pants with mud on them because they claimed could not be cleaned and in the process also ruined the elastic, which I then brought home and was able to completely hand-wash myself. They also ruined three sweaters by stretching them beyond repair. To add insult to injury, when we brought this to Donna, the owner's, attention, she suggested that these articles had been cleaned by another cleaners, even though I took them out of their bag in front of their very nice front desk employee to show her the extent of the damage. Far beyond the quality issues, it was the disrespect and unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes, and coming up with the most outlandish accusations and excuses for their shortcomings.
