Dr. Ivan is legit!! Hes a wealth of knowledge and truly cares about his craft. Ive been dealing with headaches throughout my entire life and Dr. I gave me a recommendation that has helped me tremendously! Even provided me with an awesome breathing exercise for my anxiety which was right on time!
Definitely recommend Dr. I for adjustments and acupuncture for sure! Very solid practice.

I visited Dr. Rayner again one week after my first visit. This visit was even better that the first. Now that he was acquainted with me and my current back issues, we got right to work after catching him up on how the week had been. Soft tissue manipulation, expert adjustment (nothing rough, just enough pressure, confident and purposeful) and then we ended with acupuncture. The acupuncture was worth describing in more detail. There were three or four rounds of it, and with each one, I was plunged into a deeper and deeper state of relaxation. My body reacted in all sorts of wonderful ways, releasing tension and relaxing my entire self: mind and body. By the time we were done, my back felt completely relaxed, a massive difference from when I walked into the office. My state of being had changed from having rushed in in a hurry, with lots on my mind and the pressures of my day palpable to what can only be described as blissfully zenned out.
Once again, I am grateful to have found Dr. Rayner. He is the real deal, folks. It is clear he loves what he does, and that love is felt in the results of his work. It has been over a week now and my back has not spasmed anymore, despite very long hours at my work.

Ivan is super personable and makes me feel comfortable by explaining all the different techniques he tries to get my body and mind whole. We are only two sessions in and i already feel a world of difference from his acupuncture techniques, energy distribution, breathing exercises and deep tissue massages to improve the mobility in my ankle. I cant wait to see how my mental and physical continue to transform.

I would strongly recommend Dr. Ivan @ Centered Holistic Health to anyone in need of chiropractic services. Dr. Ivan is easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, patient and understanding.
Id been diagnosed with advanced arthritis in my hip and back. I was having trouble walking, bending and generally moving without pain. Dr. Ivan performed deep tissue massage on my lower back, as well as acupuncture for my right hip. He also discussed natural supplements and better ways of exercising to help my muscles and joints. I love his holistic approach.
Since our appointment Ive seen a marked improvement and look forward to continuing our treatment plan. Thank you so much Dr. Ivan!!!

Dr. Ivan is amazing! I started seeing him to address some lingering pain. He is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and holistic practices. He gets into the nuts and bolts of my day-to-day mental and physical to come up with a treatment plan that is perfectly tailored to what I REALLY need. I love that he is into holistic and functional medicine, as it gives us an array of treatment options to try. He does a great job of explaining the whats, whys, and hows of whatever he is doing and always answers my dozens of questions. I truly feel like he has my best interests at heart and Im hopeful that with Dr. Ivans help I can finally start to properly heal.
