No-showed for my appointment! Worst customer service ever! On 12/2/14 I scheduled an appointment for a massage at Element Wellness for 1/19/15 at 10am. I received an email confirming the date/time. At 9:50am on 1/19/15 I arrived at Element Wellness for my appointment and the door was locked and it seemed that no one was there. I tried calling a couple times and there was no answer. I waited until 10:10am (10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time) and then left. I stood outside in the cold for 20 minutes. Totally unacceptable.

I just completed an Element Wellness cleanse last week and loved it! I did a 3-day cleanse & really enjoyed the updates made to the juice recipes. The beet-based juice & dark green juice were phenomenal. I looked forward to the delicious nut milk each day, too! I felt really great the entire time, & supported by the wonderful staff. I'd definitely go back! Give them a shot!

This place is incredible. Dr. David St.Jean helped me rehab my knee after injury to my LCL and IT band, a week later and I am feeling great. He really took the time to understand the issue and heal it holistically. Best care I have ever received from a doctor and I have even seen the doctor who treats the red wings. Wonderful juices as well, best in the city! Highly recommend!

If I could replace my primary physician with Danielle, I would. She is the type of 'doctor' everyone wants to have - someone who will take the time to listen and ask questions, and then provide you with the right advice and action steps to help you help yourself (without the use of standard medicine). I have gained a new sense of control over my health & well-being over the past year and a half of working with her and she's someone I feel very fortunate to have found! Most recently, I saw Dr. Rafie for a chiropractic exam which proved to be more beneficial in an initial 30 minute consult than a combined handful of appointments I had previously had elsewhere. Terris, Gina & Dave are also great and so friendly, always making it a point to say hello and ask how you are doing. It's a very personable staff and a feel-good environment, a place I would highly recommend to anyone.
