The staff is amazing. I have a issue with my phone uploading from iCloud. They are incredibly patient and will try and try till until the fix the issue. Thanks I so great full I was able to safe my photos and videos to my new phone.

He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable walking them through the whole process with ease and setting everything up so they both felt confident in how to use their new phones. Saul Alvarado at Cellular Sales Irving Park location went above and beyond when we decided to switch from another provider to Verizon. He did not try to over sell us (we knew what we wanted). What he did do is work to get us the maximum trade in for our old phones as well as the new customer bonus for each line. His follow-up to ensure all the promotions were credited and we were satisfied is not something you see everywhere these days. I recommend the store, the service, and most especially Saul!

Patrick, Saul, Christian and Anthony were consummate professionals when helping me get a new phone and transferring data from my old one. They went out of their way to accommodate me, even staying beyond store closing hours to help and also making themselves available when I needed help even after leaving the store. I would not hesitate to go back to this store for any of my Verizon needs.
