Party Host Helpers

Our helper, Johanna, was terrific! She arrived on time, and was helpful without being intrusive. She made it possible got me to be involved with my guests…and to end the evening without a nightmare cleanup job! Heartily recommend!

Had an amazing experience dealing with Laura. She was patient and put together a proposal based on my requirements. The staff adsigned for the party were wonderful to work with- punctual, extremely polite and easy to work with. When they left, everything was spotless, dishes washed and organized! Made hosting a party that much fun!!

We decided to do a rehearsal dinner on our own (food from a restaurant we loved, customizable and inexpensive venue, rented tables and chairs, Costco alcohol, etc.) and turned to Party Host Helpers to help staff the event. We were probably not the most descriptive of what we wanted or had enough details or direction to give to them, but they showed up, and picked up without missing a beat. Laura was easy to work with, and gave us advice based on our guest counts and event location. The bartenders and staff assigned to our event were all professional, kind, and communicative. We requested staff to be vaccinated, and they were compliant with mask-wearing during the duration of the event. If we ever host another event that requires assistance, we would happily choose Party Host Helpers again.

Party Host Helpers is an amazing service! We used them for cooking, bartending and cleanup and they did a wonderful job. Prompt, friendly, efficient and super good at what they do! They anticipate what's needed and just do it. Highly recommend.
