image Went to shop for my dress and got it the same day. Great people to work with and they are very patient and stay within my price range.
Alteration service is good as well. Very nice work.

image The first time I went to the store the people that worked there seem very nice and comprehensive I thought that it was a good store since there were many commercials on television. The store to me seemed very friendly and I felt comfortable at first. We picked our dresses and everything. Everything seemed to be going perfectly smooth. Then, when we first received our dresses we needed some alterations. The person that was taking our alterations seemed very friendly. When she was pinning the dress I knew that it wasn't going to turn out right but she assured me that everything was going to turn out right. About two weeks later I returned to the store hoping that everything would be perfect. It wasn't. I told her specifically how I wanted the dress. She nodded and AGAIN assured me everything was going to turn out right. About two weeks after that I returned NOTHING specifically was really done. There was one week left until the wedding. I was disappointed that they did not really listen to me at all. I returned once again it was a Tuesday and the wedding was on Saturday. I was almost praying that they had done the dress like I wanted them to. They didn't AGAIN. At first I had to argue why the dress was not done correctly. The person taking the alterations was giving me a look like I was crazy. I felt uncomfortable. Then the alterations manager came in and was telling me the dress was fine when I knew it wasn't to my liking because I specifically told them how I wanted it. There was one person there that spoke Spanish and she understood me. Then she explained to them how I wanted it. There was also another nice lady in there named Bridget. They concluded that they would have to start on a new dress. When the person was making the alterations the alterations Bridget even corrected her. I was confident that everything was going to turn out fine knowing that I'd gotten extra help. They made an appointment for me to come on Friday one day before the wedding. I was hoping that everything would be fine but I was not confident. The SAME problem AGAIN. I couldn't do much at that point one day before the wedding. The alterations manager assured me that that was how it was supposed to look. Maybe that's how SHE wanted it to look but not how I wanted it to look. I went to the manager and all she could tell me was how sorry she was. That was not going to help! She gave me a discount on something I was going to buy but I payed $60 for alterations! I think that's enough to at least have them put an effort to making me happy with their service. I asked to talk to somebody that spoke Spanish. They addressed this one employee to speak to me but she said she did not speak it. I honestly think that they just wanted me to take the dress and not cause them any more problems and that's why I did not get to speak with somebody that spoke Spanish. They said they were sorry that it didn't turn out like planned. I felt discriminated. I was disappointed in their service and would not recommend this store to anybody. This was a store that made me feel uncomfortable because of speaking Spanish and not understanding English to the language's full potential. Barbara the alterations manager from the start I didn't really get along with her and she was who I really had to explain my problems to. She was the principal person that did not make me feel comfortable at all.

image Terrible customer service. I went on a week day with my sister. There was ONE other bride in there and several employees. They didn't help me with the dresses at all. They had one lady "helping" both of us and basically she didn't do anything for me except grab two dresses from the racks. Everyone else was just standing around. She was also addressing my sister instead of me even though she knew I was the bride...(??)

image Customer service is HORRIBLE! I suggest shopping at a different Davids bridal location. They did not resolve my problem and we're extremely rude and argumentative. Will NEVER shop there again.

image this place is horrible i was there January 3rd 2013. it was my first bridal experience trying on dresses! the person that assisted me her name was gail or something like that because she never even said her name! she was the most rudest, unhelpful person! i set my appointment at 12. i didn't start trying on dresses till about 12:30 ,12:45 the lady didn't want my opinion on anything nor did she want my bridal party to suggest anything! during my appointment she helped me for like the first 3 dresses after that my maid of honor helped me in and out of dresses. she had the nerve to say wheres the assistant at? um last time i checked she was the assisted! she does not need to work with anyone who's excited about dress trying because she ruined my first experience! HORRIBLE PLACE
