I have always had great experiences when going to Davids Bridal in Champaign. But this time it was the best experience Ive had in my life. I walked right in for an alteration not prepared at all (no shoes and etc.) The bridal associates and the alterations associate ( Allana) went above and beyond when helping me with my dress. I also ended up forgetting my tumbler there and Allana called to make sure it was mine. Ive never had a store call me for something Ive left. Best customer experience ever! Ive always recommended Davids bridal in Champaign. Its very sad Davids bridal is closing in Champaign.

Scarlet was absolutely amazing and helped my fiancee pick out her dress, veil, shoes, and jewelry. She made my fisncee feel special and got her the dress that she truly wanted. Thank you so much!
