        This bank isnt what it used to be, so many awesome bankers left and there were barely any people working when I came in, it felt kind of dead in there with no staff. But Erick is wonderful. 5/5 stars for him.

        Terrible experience. Went in for a simple wire transfer. Everything seemed to be ok. I paid the fee and left, assuming everything was processed as promised. Then I get a call 20 minutes later asking me to return to the bank to verify my signature. My own signature! There was absolutely no common sense applied to this situation.
