        Refused to mail a new debit card when my partner's wallet was stolen. He was there in person and they refused to mail him a new card. Ridiculous.

        Just opened a business account. I had the pleasure of being introduced to a new banker, Mr. Timothee Kerne. I was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and was a great listener. He guided me through the entire process of registering a new business and forming a new EIN. I am truly grateful as the entire team was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to working with the 201 South State branch as my business grows.

        Easily the most incompetent group of bankers I have ever dealt with from tellers to the branch manager. Rude, disrespectful, incompetent and overall entirely useless. Run as far away from this branch as quickly as possible. They cannot even perform basic functions, it's a miracle the staff here are even able to remember to breath, that's the level of incompetence to expect from this branch.
