        In from out of town and looking for a personal banking branch - women at the front desk basically laughed and said its across the street. Nope. When I returned they thought it was funny that they knew there wasnt a location there. Been banking here for over 20 years- funny how one experience can burn a business and personal banking relationship

        This place used to be ok, now there's only one teller and a visit takes no shorter than 30 minutes. And even though theres one teller there's a bunch of other people walking around doing nothing, asking you the same questions over and over again. Completely ridiculous

        While the people at this branch tried to help me, they don't have a bank medallion.  Luckily I was able to go to my favorite bank: Citibank and they were able to help me.
