        I would give zero stars if possible. Kristina was very rude and unhelpful, and wouldn't answer simple questions. Her customer service skills are so bad, I would not do business with this branch or even this bank.

        This location is awesome. Everyone is so friendly and efficient. Specially Denise is amazing. She is friendly , courteous, professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. This is the best bank location in Chicago.

      • Life is too short to drink bad wine

        I was served by small business managers Concepcion Solis for the first time and Eric Oyola for the second time few years later! I strongly dislike the way they took care of me as a customer. They promised a lot during the phone calls and meeting but when it came to the real business they didnt know their products, they didnt respond in timely manner to the phone calls neither return calls, neither emails during the application process. I would have to wait 1-2 weeks for them to get back to me and eventually I ended up applying and receiving a BOA product that I didnt like due to their promising one thing and delivering another one. If they would know their products better I would not apply for the cards they offered but go with another lenders that offer better terms. I would not recommend to use their service!!
