        This bank is horrible, its always only 1 teller working with a long line. Its ridiculous to put all that work on one person. Been banking here for over 14 years and this branch only got worse.

        With all the new renovations and security upgrades that they added, you would think the bank would at least have more than one teller. Im not the only one who thinks so, either.

        I have always had great experience at this particular branch I have been banking here since 3 yrs and have transferred my account from.another bank over here.Today I was helped by the manager at that facility Mr Josue Caceres He was extremely courteous and professional Took his time with me and never rushed me I got my job accomplished which took considerable time In the past I have had other issues that have required considerable time and Melissa Abrams and Mr Caceres have always come through I feel welcomed and appreciated Unless I felt valued there should be no reason for me to continue to use this particular branch I am very satisfied by the services provided there by these particular individuals whom I have had encounters with .
