This location, you have only 2 windows, 10 employees and it takes upwards 30 min to be seen at the window. Nothing fancy needed, just a withdraw and you will wait FOREVER. So? Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. It's beyond ridiculous

I have been there a few times and yes they are a bit understaffed. However, Sallys care for the customers was outstanding. She was very patient, personable, and empathetic. The staff is reporting to work just like the next person, and are doing their best to manage under the circumstances at hand. I value being treated kindly/respectfully as a customer. The option to leave if I am in a hurry is my own. Hopefully, they can make the necessary improvements to ensure EVERYONE (customer & staff) have a positive experience.
