        Eduardo Sosa Is the best. Hes patient, respectful & very engaging with his customers. I went in to open an account but felt like I was catching up with an old high school buddy. This guy deserves a promotion with a raise . Keep up the amazing job dude, the world needs people like you .

        I had a scheduled appointment today. The bank manager, instead of taking me to his office to discuss or help with my documents, decided to openly discuss my personal matters in the lobby. He was very condescending, telling me what I could have done instead of visiting on a busy day, repeatedly saying that it's the holiday's? He told me information that was different from what bank representatives told me. Overall, I was literally shooed away receiving no assistance and my personal matters discussed in the lobby. Highly unprofessional.

        I had an appointment for a deceased case, to close my recently passed mother bank account. I got attended by a banker that his office is first door to the right. I cant believe how a person can be so mean laughing in my face about it with zero sensitivity. Is just sickening to be honest.
