        Today i met an amazing person at Bank of America Hyde Park Branch 53rd St., Chicago. He was very accommodating and very patient in helping me fixed my online banking issue. Mr Jerome B. Marshall, BofA Vice President for Market Financial Center, thank you so much Sir for your kindness and phenomenal customer service given me. Thank you also Banker Candis Johnson who I always go to everytime i have queries about my BofA. Always patient in listening to my questions. Thank you to all the Staff of BofA Hyde Park 53rd Branch for your excellent customer service. You are all amazing. Thank you.

        Had an amazing experience coming to this branch. I was late to my appointment and the manager Jerome Marshall took me and went above and beyond in his professionalism. Everything went super smoothly and the conversation was also great funvery informative as well. Highly recommend.

        Let me start my review by saying I am NOT a review writer, but the quality experience I recently received at this branch was so above and beyond I had to speak on it. It is EXTREMELY rare that you get good service in the banking industry. Especially those in specific areas. Today restored my faith in that, the entire staff was friendly and helpful and gave me a step by step process on opening my account and everything related to it. The process was thorough and seamless. 5 stars for the bank, 10 stars for Latoya Thomas. Thank you!

        My experience with Hyde Park Babk is not positive. The customer service is very uneven. I was given wrong information more than once. More than once I was about to cancel my account with this bank. Today MONICA was a rare exception. She was extremely professional and useful. Im grateful to her.
