I love Einstein's, but the service at this one is awful. Expect to wait for at least 10 min for them to spread cream cheese on a bagel (and it will most likely be the wrong cream cheese mind you). The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because they are an Einstein's, so the food is really good when you finally get it.

service is so so but as always it is a good chain. the food is tasty but could give more attention to the details. hopefully the hire new people to make it better

For being a bagel place, they can be a little slow to get your food out here. I also hate how some of their best bagels are sold out by 9 am! Regardless, I LOVE bagels, and love their 6 cheese variety. They also have awesome coffee. Their jalapeno cream cheese is a delight, but a little spicy for me so I tend to ask for half plain/half jalapeno. They have somewhat of a rewards card, but it only works for buckets of bagels. It would be nice if they had something to reward people who come in for smaller amounts!
