        Came in well before closing and ordered a coffee, bagel with cream cheese, breakfast sandwich, and latt. There were buckets of cleaning solution and rags near all the coffee carafes (that seems against health and safety guidelines) The latt took a while to be made and there was barely any cream cheese on my bagel. I absolutely love Einsteins but this location does not meet high quality standards.

        Good quality bagels at a reasonable price. As chains go they are by far the most consistent. We routinely get them for work too and they are always fresh.

        Customer service needs a revamp! Watched employee belittle a woman customer that barely spoke English. Tough to watch. I suggest your team slows down when taking customers orders. When they're rushed often ppl don't order what they want or forget, hurts sales. Slow down and listen.
