        Many times we're quick to write reviews to complain, but not always to give positive feedback. Since being an Insurance Navy customer I've pretty much been satisfied with the customer service I've received overall. However my review today is about Guadalupe Menez. I feel she's very attentive and helpful. It appears she attempts to go above and beyond to help the customer get an issue resolved and does so with a very kind and friendly demeanor. She displays the true meaning of customer service. Keep up the good work, it's appreciated.
