In 2016, when we were trying to close quickly on a new home, Colleen Egan came through on providing affordable insurance from a lesser-known carrier; we were nervous, but she recommended them highly, and when a pipe burst in our basement and flooded the home a month after moving in, we were taken care of with better service than I'd have expected even from a bigger and more reputable group. In 2017, when I ended up out of a job unexpectedly and we had to find insurance for my 7-months pregnant wife immediately, Frank Vance spent hours and hours on the phone with us to narrow down a realistic plan for our budget that minimized expenses for delivery. I really can't say enough positive stuff about these folks. Thank you!!
