I paid them in full, after receiving there settlement agreement, that they said that was agree on by the IRS in 2017! Now 2022! Got a notice letter from the IRS saying that,a settlement agreement was never agreed on. And my back years taxes, are still active. They filed just two tax years. Now acting like they're lost about the settlement agreement. And want return your calls.

I paid them in full and was only able to have then file my tax returns. After months of trying to negotiate with the IRS their CPA emailed me stating she was no longer associated with them which was a huge red flag. I called IRS directly and was able to secure a payment agreement which was less than what Attorneys Tax Relief was proposing. I suggest calling the IRS first before contacting someone else.

I wish i could echo the good reviews. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the terrible ones. They were great until actual work with the IRS became necessary. Shannon Hubman has ignored my requests for an update for almost 6 months now. Several thousand dollars and 18 months later and I'm still being threatened by the IRS and none of this firm's promises have been kept. Keep shopping within your own state. The money lost stings, but the epic waste of time hurts more.

This company has gone above and beyond to help me. They have always been highly professional and attentive whenever I have questions. I've never had the impression that they were there to string me along or just take my money. These guys work for you!!

I paid them a few months ago to help me lower my bill with the IRS but when it came time to do actual work, they did nothing for me. The IRS continued to mail me letters after I was told by attorneys tax relief that everything was resolved. They took my money without doing anything to help me. They told me the IRS rejected lowering my monthly bill but, that turned out to not be true once I called the IRS myself. Attorneys tax relief also told me that due to Covid, it would take the IRS an entire year to file older tax returns. When I spoke to a woman from the IRS, she said I had been lied to, she said they were not backlogged. A few days ago, I was able to fax the IRS what they needed and get help that same day with zero issues. Please do not hire these guys. They are nice until they get your money, then very unprofessional afterwards.
