I am a petitioner in a parenting case and I'm not able to afford an attorney. I'm asking for parenting time, mediation and re unification theoropy classes in this case. This attorney constantly says " the mother wants The dad to have a relationship with his daughter" The history from our relationship isn't good ; however the procedure of consequences have been followed and completed. I am a joyful father and am pleading to Ron and the courts to build a relationship with my daughter as is for the best interest for my daughter. Being late isn't a crime and we all make mistakes. I have worked hard to be a better man through programs and dedication. We all have are flaws but at least I got help and own mine. Someone please help me by speaking up with me so that I can win what's best for my child and that's for her to know me her father. Obviously this is all about money to this attorney and most of the courts because as the mother clearly wants me to have a relationship with my daughter. I am being profiled and I feel really depressed and treated very unfairly due to my health which this is just the way I'm born. This man is taking my daughter from me and not expressing that I have fathers rights. I am just asking for fairness to build a secured relationship with my child. I'm posting this on many sites and reaching out for some legal help. Ron is just all about the money and does not care that my daughter suffers every day without her father in her life. Please help me to build a secured relationship with my daughter.
