3510 N Pine Grove - PPM Apartments

PPM wants their rent on time but refuses to maintain its buildings. Elevators are death traps.

Living at 3510 N Pine Grove has been a really enjoyable. We recently renewed our for the second time. The area is great and tons of stuff nearby. The building staff is very helpful and the maintenance requests are always handled promptly and professionally.

Working with Planned Property Management has been an awesome experience for me. Tess and the agents had tons of options prepared for me and were very friendly. I ultimately ended up at 3510 N. Pine Grove and love living here so far. Great neighborhood and building, and my cat Mittens and I couldn't be happier

I lived at 3510 N. Pine G. for 3 years while studying in Chicago. It's been like home to me all this time and i absolutely loved it there. Thank you staff and management! When i return to Chicago i know where my home will be!! Love, Gerrard.
