If I could give zero stars I would. In our building there are 5 of the 10 washers out of order. My refrigerator is barely cold enough to keep the food safe to eat, and management refuses to replace it. There is water sitting in my tub that has come from another apartment. I have lived here for 30 years and my issues have fallen on deaf ears. I have tried reaching the owners, to no avail. It saddens me that this complex has deteriorated and that management doesn't care. After my last comment management did not offer to reach out to me to discuss my issues.

My goodness. Is it really necessary to make noise outside EVERY SINGLE DAY by mowing the lawn and doing whatever else the workers are doing?? If there isn’t noise coming from the outside there’s noise coming from the inside in the form of banging and drilling occurring in the building. This place has become irritating and unbearable. I cannot wait to move.

Renovated apartments not as advertised, please stay away. Bathroom Vanity already falling apart, paint cracking throughout unit, cheap vinyl flooring coming apartment . Maintenance staff do not keep even the lobby area and front door area clean, dead bugs and spiders have been in the windows for at least a week before pictures were taken. Floors are rarely vacuum , the floor I leave on has not been done in over 3 weeks. Management staff do not respond to issues in a timely manner, corporate management is worse.

Worst management that you can probably find in Chicago area. Old apartments with old equipment's which won't even serve it's purpose. I regret having extending the lease for 6 months now. The old management was much better compared to the present staff.
1. Laundry Room - Out of the 20 machines out there 10 won't work round the clock. The card reload machine has been broken down for 5 weeks now and still no signs of fixing it. They expect us to walk to the next building wait for someone to open the door for 30-35 minutes, reload the card and come back to your building to again wait for another 30-35 mins to get a machine only if you are lucky for the day.
2. Elevators - Stinking elevators which haven't been cleaned for ages. Out of the 3 elevators in 2951 building one makes a mandatory stop at 18th floor and 12th floor irrespective of your urgency to get out of the elevator. At times it's feasible walking the stairs than relying on these old machines.
3. Pest Control - They just walk in every Thursday to spray an useless bug repellent which clearly has not worked for the last 6 months. Management is carefree about these issues and never bother to treat this is an issue. All they ask is to put in a maintenance request to welcome the pest control staff every week.
The list goes on but overall not a worth for the rent and utilities paid.
