I have been emailing management for a month and they have not responded to a single email. My emails are all of parties, noise and cigarette smoke complaints (non smoking building per the lease) almost weekly to a terrible neighbor below, and nothing has been addressed. It needs an option for 0 stars.
The apartments are beautiful and thats what drew me to this building, maintenance and housekeeping are wonderful, but the management is horrendous and non existent.

Rico and Sterling (manager and technician) are great but they definitely get zero support from the owner so they are very limited when it comes to helping make our living experience a good one. The hallways are pretty dirty, our trash is no longer picked up, the front door box is broken so cant get mail delivered.

Ive been a resident going on 4 years and truly love the look and feel of the property and the apartment units. The building has had its ups and downs over the years, stemming primarily from poor management.
Current management however is top notch; Sterling listens to residents and is getting stuff done in a timely manner. He does a great job of communicating with the community and addressing any ongoing issues or concerns.
Rico, the building maintenance engineer is incrediblealways goes above and beyond. No idea where this property would be without him as hes been the one constant throughout the years. Hes truly an asset to the Otis community!
I have full confidence if given the proper resources and support Sterling and team will soon restore this community to its former glory.
