Found the perfect apartment! Worked with Tony Cadice and he made the touring and application process seamless, even jumping though hoops to make sure we were 100% happy. Excited to move into the new place :)

I first want to say that Tony Cadice is one of the best people Ive met!! He had such great energy showing my roommate and I around and was so lovely to chat with. Tony was extremely helpful with scheduling conflicts when it came to tours and was nothing but kind when times werent working out. I have been a bit stressed in this apartment search and was so happy to meet Tony because he was very calming about everything! So excited to sign my lease and want everyone to know that Tony is an amazing person to work with!

We have a had a great experience with ICM's management. We were always supported by the team, maintenance came in a timely manner, and we really loved our apartment / experience.

Do NOT rent from ICM Properties. They are scamming you!!!!!. This company bought my building less than 6 months ago and is raising the rent over $400 A MONTH. Making NO improvements to the property. They are increasing the rent to a price similar to high rise, luxury buildings in the area (my building is a walk up with no amenities). Do not rent from them. Lived in this property for 6 years and had the best experience with previous property managers. You can get so much more for the same money in Lincoln Park, DO NOT RENT!!!! similar reviews seen below.
