        My unit was disgusting when moving in, there was mold in the shower and trash in the refrigerator. Recently another tenant stole my laundry. Just an overall horrible experience.

        BJB suspended the ability to buyout a lease during the height of the pandemic. I don't think I need to say much more than that. They're entitled to make whatever decision they would like as a private company, but those actions, to me, pretty clearly indicate that they're not a tenant-first organization.
