I recently moved into an apartment with my child around 2 weeks ago and from the third day there have been issues, my first apartment at that. for one THERE IS AN INFESTATION IN THIS APARTMENT!! I noticed this on the third day, I did not know how bad it was until the days went on and there are huge rodents. I cannot sleep around or do anything I cant even bring none of my items in this apartment.. i contacted maintenance about that plus another issue and he ignored the bug issue and when a technician did come he told me there were HUGE HOLES behind the stove and in the furnace room and put down traps which still had bugs coming and as if he already knew this was there.. the rest is the bells dont work at all, heat does not work, the place was dirty after I received my key I couldnt even clean the place I had someone else do it.. especially after someone used the bathroom & left what they did there this was my first apartment and they honestly played me and its clear they only care about getting tenants in. i cant even get in contact with anyone and Ive been contacting since Friday about my lease I wont be staying here i cant live in these conditions at all and dont know why there so quick to sell but cant even help or fix the issues they have knowing they wouldnt even sleep in this place their self.

I recently moved in a week ago upon viewing the apartment it LOOKED fine and clean. during the walkthrough after being approved I could already see lots of issues, one there are holes in the walls. two the place was dirty they did not put any effort to clean as if someone just moved out and they just gave it away. as i started to clean the place myself I noticed someone used the toilet as well and just closed the seat, it was extremely way dirtier than I thought i had to get someone else to clean because of how disgusting this apartment is. and not only that i have had bug issues, I have NEVER lived in a place that has bugs EVER and i immediately brought it to their attention and they basically ignored me. mind you all of this has happened and noticed within 3-6 days. I will not be staying here nor do I recommend any one else to be here. I have also noticed other reviews where people spoke the same issues that were never fixed plus more and I dont understand why.. Theyre quick to give you the apartment but wouldnt put the effort to fix issues or at least make sure its up to part they dont sleep in homes like this and if they were they would hate this and shouldnt even be allowing people to sleep here I dont care what effort I have to take i will make sure others dont have to deal with this at all. this is unacceptable and unprofessional, they have so many set rules and fees but cant even do the bare minimum.

Andrew was a fantastic realtor. He was always available and ready to answer my questions. He sold my condo in 1 week with multiple offers I am a mortgage lender and he by far was one of the best realtors I have ever encountered. I would use him again in a second.

We loved having Andrew as our realtor when selling our condo. This was not our first time selling a condo and we would definitely recommend him. From day one he was very responsive and kept us informed and made us feel like we were his only client. We loved that he didnt just list the property but showed up to showings to received feedback and answer questions. We received multiple offers in a few days.
