Troy is extremely professional and made the process of moving into the building a very seamless one for us. We felt very informed when decisions, whether modest or more material in nature, needed to be made leaving no uncertainties. We understand that there are an above average number of units and tenants in the building, but Troy’s attentiveness made us feel as though we were among just a few residents. As a new resident it is assuring to know the building will be managed very well with Troy’s involvement. Thank you again to Troy and his team for making our moving in experience such a smooth one. Lola and I love everything about our new home, especially the breathtaking view! Sincerely, Sandi and Lola Sandi and Lola September 2021 - We're adding to our initial review because our experience at Astoria with Troy and his team continues to impress us greatly. We recently had significant life changes and needed to transfer units. It was not lost on us that this was fairly abrupt and that it would consume more of the team's time, but it was another seamless transition. Add to this we've had multiple interactions with the broader team and each experience has been very positive. The desk staff are great and one in particular helped us tremendously when we were in a challenging situation (caused by us) that we bought them dinner. We love living here!

I am generally not interested in only viewing a place virtually before signing a lease, but Astoria Tower's staff - especially Jeanine, the Assistant Property Manager - combined with the building's amenities and location made signing a no-brainer. Upon signing, the staff were incredibly helpful, all communications were timely, and moving-in could not have been more seamless. I greatly look forward to living in Astoria Tower for the foreseeable future!

Application process was very easy and streamlined. More specifically Jeanine was very helpful and took my calls or called back promptly to answer any question that I have. Having been here for a month, the staff is still all about handling issues and concerns. They go above and beyond to handle and address issues that I had during the move in process. Thanks Jeanine!!!

After having had an in person viewing I’ve been waiting days for an application email that I was told would arrive the same day as the viewing. How well could this building be ran if they can’t even get an email sent. I’m seeking a home & the Astoria leasing office can’t be bothered nor do they seem to care. Such poor service, such poor efforts, & such poor ability to follow through!

3/17 Update - the building did reach out to apologize, but the damage was already done. I have worked in a leasing office before and would advise management to hire a company to come in and do fake tours to weed out the leasing agents who are driving away your potential future residents. Original post - I’m not sure what was going on that day but we have never been treated so rudely or with such disinterest while touring a building. This was our second time visiting to see a different floor plan than we had toured previously. We booked the appointment online and showed up about 5 minutes late but well within our half hour appointment window. From the minute we were met in the lobby by Nicole, it felt like we were inconveniencing her by being there. All of our questions were answered with the bare minimum effort and no attempt to elaborate on anything. I had to pull up the floor plans available on the website, on my phone, and show it to her to get any further details. This experience seems to be consistent with previous interviewers experiences’ as well. We will not be leasing from Astoria Tower after this, I cannot imagine that being our day to day interactions with management.
