Google asks: "This place has closed or relocated. Not true?"
This is not true. As of 2013-11-17, after the tornado in the area, this restaurant is still open. It appears it sustained minimal to no damage other than a short-term power-outage that day, but the power was restored before 4:00 PM.
NOTE: I did not dine here, so, in order to not affect the rating too much, with 12 reviews, the current overall rating is 3.0 (probably weighted more toward the more recent ratings of mostly 4* and without that weighting, it'd probably be 2.75*,) I've rated it a 3.0 since I could not submit this information without rating it.
