Waiting for a quote for 2 weeks. Called and every time told it would be there by end of the day. Still not one word from them. Just claimed it's in the mailbox. No. It wasn't. Said it would be emailed and then claims put it my mailbox today. Do you even know which quote I am?? We are on Scott St. Apparently you're not responsive to other customers. This is of course on top of missing the visit without even a phone call. Had to reach out to them to three times. Still no quote.

We needed to have our floors refinished before home went on the market. They’ve never been refinished and after 13 years of abuse, they definitely needed it. Bill was quick to come by and provide a quote and we hired him based on reputation and value of price. He was great to work with our schedule and completed the job in one day. Finished product is amazing and they look like brand new floors. Highly recommend Heritage Hardwood for your refinishing needs.

Hi there! Heritage Hardwood Flooring did a fantastic job. The owner Bill was informative and knowledgeable. We had many companies come through to look at our water damaged floors. Bill was the only gentleman that spoke with intelligence and gave us a reasonable quote. They absolutely know what they are doing and work in a timely fashion. Be sure to have them come look at your floors before making a decision on another company. I’d highly recommend them over anyone else in the area. Great job Bill and the Heritage Hardwood Floor team!!
