T-Mobile - Closed

Yesterday for me and my mother to get new phones, both Dana and Jorge were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. We both expressed to them that we were receiving numerous connection issues with trying to obtain our new phones, and through it all both were so helpful and made it all worth the trouble we went through. Tremendously clean store, excellent customer service, and they were both able to answer any questions we had.

Friendly staff. They seemed genuine in their desire to help. Its a shame the corporate entity ties their hands so I wind up giving a 2 star review for their inability to sell me what I needed.

This is the best sprint store I have been to in a long time. Not only are they knowledgeable of there products they have great customer service. The rep Dannie S. is amazing!! Not only did he help me upgrade my phone, he helped me safe money on my bill and went above and beyond to assist me!! Thank you Dannie S. for giving me a great experience because I was going to leave Sprint.. If anyone has any problems with there phone and would like great customer service this is the store to go too..
