Avoid this store at all costs if you are in a hurry. I had to wait 30 minutes while the Rep talked to a customer about their dogs. All while 5 other people are waiting for service.

We recently switched carrier to T Mobile and the process was made simple because of the employees at this location. One employee in particular, Adrianna has been a tremendous help throughout and genuinely cares about her customers. I cant recommend her and this location enough if you are looking for service!

We recently changed internet to T-Mobile and changed phone provider to TMobile. Very pleased with the customer service at the store! Also, enjoying the savings!

I would like to say we were in this store Thursday May 18th between 5 to 8pm and we were helped right away we recieved the service that we wanted new cell phones and we also went ahead and recieved 5g gateway wifi . Everything we asked about he answered and helped plus more. I was very impressed. He was also the manager at this store. The one tmobile that is off Greenbriar in Normal I've never recieved good help there and not very friendly either. Thank you for the respect and for all your help.

I came in to switch my lines from Verizon. Henry helped me out and was very patient and answered all my questions. He and the store manager got me on the best plan and phone promotions. The whole staff was super kind and made what would have been a stressful situation an easy transition.
