I wish I would have remembered the name of the associate that helped me Monday cause she was AWESOME!! I wanted to pick out some crystals and gemstones and she patiently explained the meanings and uses for each and THEN before I left she wrote out descriptions and uses for each one that I was buying. I really appreciated the extra time and attention that she took with me.

I love this store! I like being able to find cleansing and protection tools. The books to learn and maintain healthy chakras and crystals are exceptional!

Just left this company for the last time. I travel a lot. Ive been to many of these shops throughout America. Always wonderful experiences, happy with merchandise and service. Not any longer. Ive been going to the shop in Bloomington, IL and just left frustrated they wouldnt help me with a return that was 4 days over the 30 day RULE for returns. No compromising, no suggestions...just cant. Often in the past months Ive waited while the cashier was too busy giving her feel good thoughts to customers. Whether management or not, I still assume and feel the customer comes before personal conversations. Extremely disappointed, and I wont be back since you cant offer assistance especially in these times when We dont get our as often as We use to.
