Purchasing my first ever 'brand new car' was so easy at Grand Subaru. Everyone was kind and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a used 6k mile 2020 subaru legacy limited, drove 7 hours to pick up my car up back in 2020. honestly, i would have never made the drive, but it was the closest dealership with the car i wanted. I gave multiple chances for this company to improve their unsatisfactory actions. however, no one was ever understanding and made it seem that it was my fault for not asking simplistic questions that SHOULD have been covered in the sales, financing, AND how to use the car process. I was told to either come drive 7 hours back to return to car or to "figure out how to use the car by watching videos online." I paid $28k CASH at the time of the signing, even after all the hassle, i still felt all they were after was the money and not treating the customer (me) with a pleasing experience. This car must have missed some sort of inspection through the time of being at the deanship, because i brought it to my local subaru dealership, and after it was issue after issue that they found that was all due to lack of proper inspection before putting the car on the lot for sale. Some parts have to even be sent to corporate because they did not believe that something could happen to this car at such a young age. Thankfully, I did not have to spend any money to have my car looked at as it was covered under to manufacture warranty; moreless, to have $8,758 worth of repairs done on a car that was under a month of owning the 2020 subaru legacy. I understand that it is always not their fault, but selling a car to find all of these issues were due to lack of inspection? maybe their service department team who does the inspections did not understand or see the issues, but for the company to not even try to make it a better experience is what earned it a 1 star. truthfully, if they could get a 0 star review, that would have been my choice. leaving negative reviews is not my thing, but when a place refuses to make it a positive experience after multiple attempts, sometimes a public review is what needs to be done.
