Dan helped us navigate the cremation process with patience, compassion and professionalism. He was prompt with responding to our many questions and we never felt pressured to make a quick decision. The prices are fair and the service was just as we needed. Highly recommend!

This was a horrible experience. My grandmother passed away June 2022 on a Saturday. When they picked up her body from the house, there was no condolences or respect. When a loved one passes away, telling a grieving family, "You will be lucky if there is a funeral this week" with an attitude is so unprofessional. Then calling back (yes a complaint was made to the funeral home about the bluntness regarding other comments) to state that they were not rude...??? I watched as they put her into the back of the vehicle slamming the back door 3 times to get it to shut correctly. My vet clinic showed way more compassion with my dog, especially when moving the body. Maybe you should find a different profession.

Their services came highly recommended to us and we understood why. Dan and Mike took care of everything. They were patient and respectful. We just couldn't believe to hear that the Rockford paper wanted hundreds of $ to publish an obituary and they include a FREE online obituary as a part of their services-we realized that was all we needed. The loss of our mom will forever leave an empty spot in our hearts. Affordable Cremation helped us so much.

Dan has helped my family get through our toughest times as he provided the patience and respect towards our grief as we were dealing with a hard loss. Through our experience Dan and Mike have made the entire process easy with every step. I couldnt have asked for a better team to take care of our mom.

Our mom passed and it was devistating, we were not prepared. We made two calls. The 1st was to Affordable Cremation and the other was to different place that wanted an insane amount of money for the same services. We called Dan back at Affordable Cremation and they helped us thru the most hardest time of our life. My family will be forever greatful.
