Anderson did my mothers service 1-1/2 years ago and they were so great I could not say enough about them. My father recently passed away and his wishes were that we used Anderson again. The people who dealt with picking my father up and dealing with the actual service were awesome. I had dealt with Patrick Anderson last time and he was awesome but the new person taking his place did not communicate well with us and Im still waiting to hear from her. Also I found out that the home had sold and had different policies that were not explained to the family. I just wished that the communication from the contact person was better. We met with her once and have not heard from her since. Wish the home was still family owned! Update to my review! Anderson reached out to me and rectified the situation. The Anderson family is so amazing and I am sorry that they are leaving the business as they will be missed! As far as updating my review the family made the situation right and as I said everyone there is great. I think it was just an unfortunate situation of some miscommunication and the business going through a transition phase. Thanks for everything!

Planning a funneral is always difficult and Amy Perry was a true professional. Amy, Donny Penny and staff did a excellent job for us.
