        This was the second time we had Lewis at the Barrington, IL location take care of our reservation. He goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service!! I will definitely continue to return to that location, in hopes he stays on in Barrington!

        DO NOT RENT FROM HERE HORRIBLE SERVICE THEY WILL PUT YOU ON HOLD AND IGNORE YOU! called 10mins before closing went to the wrong location Algonquin they told me to call and they did not answer called through two different phone same thing. They could have answered and spoken instead they wanted to be lazy and not answer and put us on hold they did not even answer the guy in Algonquin calling them aswell.I did not get a call or confirmation about the rental they said I can pick it up anytime customer service said I had to pick up at 12pm and they had sold the rental and it is not available anymore horrible.
